N.K. International Management Pvt. Ltd. sweeps market-area roads and collects waste put outside every night: in Birgunj since 2076 Shrawan 1 (July 2019) and in Bharatpur since 2081 Mangsir 1 (November 2024).

Yes. About 2 metric tonnes of compost is produced every day from the organic part of collected waste, and about 8 metric tonnes of reusable scrap (kabad) is recovered every day.

Yes. Every collection vehicle and machine has GPS and is tracked live in the company's own operations apps, which keep each day's route history. Bharatpur and Birgunj each have a separate app; the bus terminals use a separate POS fee-collection system.

Outputs are verified with GPS, weighbridge and photo records and reported back with an official receipt.
