GPS on Every Vehicle
All tractors, tippers and machines carry GPS. Supervisors see live location and each day's route, and trip, fuel and meter records are kept per vehicle.
Bharatpur Operations App
Duty in/out with GPS and photo approved by supervisors, attendance and payroll records, ward and tole customer fee collection, trip and fuel records, and staff ID cards with QR verification.
Birgunj Operations App
A separate app: supervisor live attendance with photo and GPS, start and finish photos for daily work kept as proof, landfill weighbridge entries split by Birgunj and Jitpur-Simara with monthly reports, compost batch tracking and shift-wise wages, in English, Nepali and Bhojpuri.
Terminal Fee-Collection System
Handheld POS printers at the gates, QR parking tokens with time-based exit fees, receipts numbered by fiscal year, checkpoint verification, and separate rates and accounts for each terminal.
