What We Collect
Only what you type into a form. Complaint form: mobile number, city, ward, problem type and, if you choose to give them, your name, tole, message, a photo and your current location (only when you tap “Use My Current Location”). Partnership form: name, organisation, country, email, optional phone, type of support and your message.
Why We Use It
To respond to your complaint or enquiry, for example to call you back about a missed pickup or to send a proposal. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Where It Is Stored
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and are seen only by authorised company staff who handle complaints and enquiries.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as needed to resolve the complaint or enquiry and keep a reasonable record of it.
Tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your language choice may be remembered in your own browser.
