Current: Bharatpur Waste Management
Daily door-to-door collection in all 29 wards (90+ MT a day), night market cleaning since 2081 Mangsir 1, and a hospital waste treatment facility.
Current: Birgunj Waste Management
Daily door-to-door collection in all 32 wards (80+ MT a day), drain and road cleaning, and night market cleaning since 2076 Shrawan 1.
Current: Birgunj ISWM Center & Landfill
Processing, operation and management of the ISWM landfill at Birgunj-16, which also receives waste from Jitpur-Simara.
Current: Birgunj Bus Terminal, Ward 16
PPP with Birgunj Metropolitan City, FY 2083/84 to 2086/87; more than seven years at this terminal.
Current: Central Bus Terminal & Narayangadh Buspark
Management, operation and fee collection since 2080 Chaitra. We pay Bharatpur Metropolitan City Rs 5.18 crore+ a year.
Completed: Highway Toll Collection
Narayangadh–Hetauda road toll for 10 years and Naubise toll for 3 years, together contributing more than Rs 49 crore to the Government of Nepal.
